Q: What areas in London do you cover?
A: We are Clapham based company but work all over London.Our cleaning teams and domestic cleaning ladies can reach most areas in London and the surroundings.
Q: What is the service range that you have?
A: Our services include the One off Cleaning with the detergents provided by the client or ourselves; Deep Spring Clean; End of Tenancy Clean; Regular Cleaning, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, Scotchguard application, etc.
Q: What are the working hours?
A: We can accommodate your request 24/7. Our customer representatives can offer help over the phone from 7.30am till 7.30pm every day. You can contact us also via a call on 020 3670 9967; the online quote form or e-mail email@example.com.
Q: Do you service the holidays or the weekends?
A: Yes, we provide all our cleaning services during bank holidays and weekends. For the preferred timings and schedules, you can contact the office.
Q: How much notice is needed before booking?
A: Normally we need a couple of days to fit your clean in the current schedule. Nonetheless, we always can provide a last minute clean, in case we have a cancellation near your region or change of cleaning days of existent booking.
Q: Is there a cancellation policy?
A: A booked and confirmed cleaning cannot be cancelled free of charge less than 24hr prior to its start, otherwise, the customers will be charged £50.00 cancellation fee. All rescheduling and changes of start time can be done free of charge. The only exception is the regular cleaning service where the cancellation fee is 50% of the sum of the cleaning.
Termination of the service altogether must be done with a 14-day notice.
Q: What will the cost be?
A: Quotes can be provided over the phone or email, based on customer's description of the property and type of clean. Basic prices can be found in the price list. Rarely amendments can be made once on site with customers acknowledgment.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we have a public and employers liability insurance. More details are provided in the terms and conditions section.
Q: Is the End of Tenancy Cleaning a guaranteed service?
A: Yes our guarantee is valid 48hr after the cleaning. Omissions reported after this period are considered invalid.
